Shea Sullivan • choreographer • teacher
Currently working as a Choreographer in NYC, Shea has been described as "dynamic," "multitalented," and "one of the best new Choreographers working today.” Shea was longtime assistant to Tony-award winning choreographer Henry LeTang , working with him on many projects, including the film Bojangles which starred Gregory Hines. Recently Shea produced, directed and choreographed an original show entitled Dancing on a Dream that appeared at the Duke on 42nd Street as well as I Got Love at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.
Shea Sullivan is currently on the tap and theater dance faculty at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City . Shea has served as a Panelist and Tap Master Teacher for the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, has taught for many of the top dance conventions and teaches private lessons and teacher workshops throughout the country and abroad. Shea is a member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers and is the President of the production company SAS Productions, Inc. www.SASProductions.org for more info.
